Your privacy is of the greatest importance. Therefore, the Pilot Logbook application will respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you.

This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the application. By choosing to use the Pilot Logbook application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

We gather a very limited amount of personal information and only when it is needed to provide a service to you. It is collected by lawful means and with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. No personally identifying information will be shared publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Data Storage

Your personal logbook content and data is not saved on our servers, nor do we have access to this data. This data is saved locally on your Mac or iOS device and synchronised with your personal iCloud CloudKit database which is accessible only for you. iCloud CloudKit syncs it between your devices automatically. Apple’s Privacy Policy can be found here. You can delete all of your data at any time, and you always have the option to disable iCloud from the system settings.

Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Pilot Logbook application will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information.
