Display, filter and sort flights (iOS)
Flights and a summary of flight totals can be displayed and filtered in Pilot Logbook.
Displaying flights
In the Pilot Logbook app on your iPhone or iPad, select the Flights tab in the bottom bar or from the navigation sidebar. Flights are displayed, default sorted by the most recent first.
All flights are displayed unless a filter has been set. On iPhone flights are grouped according to the selected sort order.
Displaying totals
In the Pilot Logbook app on your iPhone or iPad, select the Totals tab in the bottom bar or from the navigation sidebar.
- A summary of totals is presented.
- When a filter is not applied a breakdown of flight total is given for the last 28 days, 12 months and the current year. This value is highlighted in red or green to indicate whether you are within or outside of the maximum flight time limitations set in Time Preferences.

in the toolbar. - Toggle filters on and off using the Filters toggle at the top of the filters sheet. When selected On any filters you have added will be activated and the Flights and Totals will be filtered accordingly.
- Add a filter using the Add a Filter… button.
- Select the type of filter you want to add. The filter type will be added to the list of active filter items.
- Click on the added filter item to specify the information you want to filter by.
- Delete a filter by swiping the filter item in the list and clicking the Delete button.
- Close the filters by clicking the Done button or by swiping down.
