Export flights to PDF (macOS)

Flights can be exported to a PDF logbook or a PDF report.

Export all flights

  1. In the Pilot Logbook app on your Mac, choose File > Export > All Flights as PDF…
  2. Select the type of logbook or report you want to export flights to.
    • Select the page size required.
    • Select from the other options to customise your PDF. The options available depend on the type of logbook or report selected.
  3. Click Next, then type a name for the document.
  4. To choose where to save the exported file, click the Where pop-up menu, choose a location, then click Export.

Export selected flights

  1. In the Pilot Logbook app on your Mac, select the Flights tab in the main sidebar.
    If you can’t see the sidebar: Choose View > Show Sidebar.
  2. Select the flights you want to export to PDF from the table by click and drag, shift-click, or command-click to select non-adjacent pilots, and choose File > Export > Selected Flights as PDF…
  3. Select the type of logbook or report you want to export flights to.
    • Select the page size required.
    • Select from the other options to customise your PDF. The options available depend on the type of logbook or report selected.
  4. Click Next, then type a name for the document.
  5. To choose where to save the exported file, click the Where pop-up menu, choose a location, then click Export.
