Export flights to PDF (macOS)
Flights can be exported to a PDF logbook or a PDF report.
Export all flights
- In the Pilot Logbook app on your Mac, choose File > Export > All Flights as PDF…
- Select the type of logbook or report you want to export flights to.
- Select the page size required.
- Select from the other options to customise your PDF. The options available depend on the type of logbook or report selected.
- Click Next, then type a name for the document.
- To choose where to save the exported file, click the Where pop-up menu, choose a location, then click Export.
Export selected flights
- In the Pilot Logbook app on your Mac, select the Flights tab in the main sidebar.
If you can’t see the sidebar: Choose View > Show Sidebar. - Select the flights you want to export to PDF from the table by click and drag, shift-click, or command-click to select non-adjacent pilots, and choose File > Export > Selected Flights as PDF…
- Select the type of logbook or report you want to export flights to.
- Select the page size required.
- Select from the other options to customise your PDF. The options available depend on the type of logbook or report selected.
- Click Next, then type a name for the document.
- To choose where to save the exported file, click the Where pop-up menu, choose a location, then click Export.
